MyCG.AI is a product and development company. We build the operating systems a modern business runs on, then run our own businesses on them.
MyCG.AI started in 2025 inside a working compliance practice, where the same problem appeared every single day: a modern business runs on a pile of disconnected tabs. A CRM here, a spreadsheet there, WhatsApp threads everywhere, and the books always a month behind.
So we built the system we needed. A client and operations platform for the practice itself. Then a finance OS that keeps books current from live bank feeds. Then commerce systems, and AI agents that answer from real business data instead of guessing. Each product line exists because a real business needed it first and still runs on it today: IncorpGenius and PowerLaunch run their US formation practices on Business OS, and StyGo runs its delivery business on Commerce OS.
Today MyCG.AI operates through two companies: MYCG AI TECH LLC in the United States and MYCG AI TECH PRIVATE LIMITED in India, working across both countries with one principle. AI where it makes work disappear, professionals where judgment matters.
