Refund Policy

1. During beta

Finance OS is free through December 31, 2026. There is nothing to refund, no card on file, and cancelling is simply deleting your account, which you can do at any time as described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Future subscriptions

When paid plans launch, this is how they will work:

• Monthly plans: cancel anytime from Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month, then does not renew. No partial-month refunds.
• Annual plans: a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your first annual purchase. After 14 days, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year and does not renew.
• Price changes: we give at least 30 days notice by email before any price change, and it applies from your next renewal, never retroactively.

3. Custom builds and professional services

Custom systems (Business OS, Commerce OS, AI Agents) and professional services such as filings are scoped and billed under their own written agreements, which state their own cancellation and refund terms. Where an agreement is silent, work already delivered is billable and work not started is refundable.

4. Billing mistakes

If we ever charge you twice, charge the wrong amount, or charge you after cancellation, tell us within 60 days and we will refund the mistake in full to the original payment method. Refunds are processed through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Consumer law

Nothing in this policy limits rights you cannot waive under the consumer protection law that applies to you, in the United States, India, or elsewhere.

6. How to request a refund

Email team@mycg.ai from the address on your account with the word Refund in the subject line. We reply within one business day.
